How long till my order reaches me?
Free Tracked Shipping takes 6 - 12 working days after your order ships.
Express Shipping takes around 4 - 7 working days to reach you after your order ships.

Items in stock currently ship within 1 - 2 weeks due to high demand.
Handmade bands like the Barénia collection can take up to 4 - 6 weeks.
Taxes?
As it is illegal for us to under-declare the value of goods, you will be responsible for all taxes you might incur.
Warranty
How long is your warranty?
We provide 12 months of warranty for all our straps.
What does your warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. For example, if your adapter, or buckle fails, we will send you a replacement.
What does your warranty NOT cover?
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, and daily wear & tear.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Can I return my Watch Band for a refund / exchange?
To qualify for a full refund, your Watch Band has to be unworn, in brand new condition. Unworn bands can be returned within 7 days of the parcel's delivery. Simply drop our customer service an email at hey@pinandbuckle.com to initiate the return.
If you have worn your band but unsatisfied with it, you may drop an email to hey@pinandbuckle.com. Our customer service will be happy to help on a case-by-case basis
Please note that bands that are worn/bent for any reason (which includes "try-ons", etc.) will not qualify for a refund.
As sizing information is stated clearly on our product page, this also applies if you tried the strap(s) on for size and found it too small/big.
If you find the strap a little too big, additional holes can be easily punched at your local watch shops, or with an inexpensive tool.
For customers who receive a defective band and opt for an exchange, we can only exchange your band with the exact same variant that you selected at checkout, or switched out for before your order was shipped.
Refunds are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. All return costs will be borne by the customer.
Restocking fees will not be applied to products that are genuinely defective on arrival.
I've ordered a Watch Band, but changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
We can cancel your order if it has not been sent out by our warehouse, but we only have a small window to do so. This is usually within 1 hour of your purchase. We try our best to process your order as efficiently as we can, and thus we might not have the time to update this cancellation, even if your order has not been sent out. You can write to us at hey@pinandbuckle.com to request an order cancellation, and we’ll be with you as soon as we can!
Returned items are subjected to a 20% restocking fee if you are not swapping for another band of the same value.
Can I exchange my Watch Band for another colour / size?

You can request a change of colour, size, etc. before your order ships. This may incur a couple days' delay for your order.
After your order ships:
Unfortunately no change can be done to your order once it ships.
However, you can return your Watch Band in its unworn, brand new condition for a refund, and then make another purchase of your preferred choice. Your band must not be bent, and we do appreciate your kind understanding to not try on the band if you have already made up your mind to exchange it. If your band it bent, it will not qualify for a refund.
About your leather
My leather doesn't look uniform
We use natural leather for our Watch Bands, and like all organic things, there will be variations among bands. This is completely normal.
My leather scratches easily
We use full-grain leather (the highest grade of leather you'll find) for our Luxe Watch Bands, and what you're seeing aren't really scratches. These "scratch marks" come about when the natural grain of the leather is moved by an external force.
Such marks can be buffed out with some leather cleaner & moisturiser.
We recommend you leave these marks alone since daily use will naturally buff them out, and over time, these marks contribute to the patina your band will develop, making it more beautiful, and uniquely yours.

Will your bands fit my wrist?
Our bands fit a wide range of wrist sizes. You can find more detailed sizing info for individual bands on their respective product page.
Are your bands compatible with all Apple Watches?
Yes! Our bands are compatible with ALL Apple Watches from ALL Series, including the Apple Watch Ultra.
